Back in December my mum gifted me with this beautiful trip to Paris for my 18th birthday. I chose this city because I've read a million books, blogposts and saw a million pictures of the city, of the 'parisienne' fashion and even of the beautiful art that you can find in its museums.
This is city didn't disappoint me at all, it was even better than I had imagined. We spent only three days there but we managed to see a lot of things and this pictures are only a pinch of them cause the blogpost would be very long otherwise.
The people there seem very confident and their fashion sense is 'on point' as many say these days ahah.
Our first afternoon there was the typical tourist day: we visited La Basilique du Sacré Coeur Notre-Dame, every little bridge on the Seine and, of course, the Tour Eiffel.
The morning after we visited the Louvre Museum for many hours and afterluch we decided to treat ourselves with some shopping in the Galeries Lafayette. For those of you who don't know what it is, it's basically a very big shopping center, just like Harrods in London but in a french version.
In the evening we went to the Champs-Elysées, there were a lot of stands with little christmas decorations which were so cute and also a great gift idea because you could combine a souvenir and a christmas present all in one, which is exactly what I did for my friends :)

A dicembre mia madre mi ha regalato questo viaggio a Parigi per il mio 18esimo compleanno. Ho scelto io questa città perché avevo letto un milione di libri, blogpost e avevo visto un milione di foto della città, del fashion parigino e perfino della magnifica arte che puoi trovare nei suoi musei.
Questa città non mi ha delusa per niente, è stata anche meglio di quello che immaginavo. Siamo state lì solo per 3 giorni ma siamo riuscite a visitare tante cose e queste foto sono solo un assaggio perché altrimenti il post sarebbe troppo lungo.
I parigini sembrano molto sicuri di sé e il loro gusto per la modo è perfetto.
Il nostro primo pomeriggio lo abbiamo passato da tipo turista: abbiamo visitato la basilique Sacré Coeur, Notre-Dame, ogni piccolo ponte sulla Senna e, ovviamente, la Tour Eiffel.
La mattina dopo abbiamo visitato il Louvre per parecchie ore e dopo pranzo abbiamo deciso di premiarci con un po' di shopping nelle gallerie Lafayette. Per quelli di voi che non sanno cosa siano, è un centro commerciale molto grande, come Harrods a Londra ma in versione francese. La sera abbiamo visitato i Champs-Elysées, lì c'erano molti stand con piccole decorazione natalizie che erano una perfetta idea di regalo perché potevi combinare un souvenir e un regalo di natale tutto in uno, che è praticamente quello che ho fatto per i miei amici :)
Spero il post vi sia piaciuto e abbiate pazienza per la carenza di post, sono molto impegnata con la scuola quest'anno!

Even if you posted just a pinch of the pictures you took, you managed to give a complete idea of the places that must be absolutely visited and this is what makes your blog so cool.
I think you deserve more recognition, for real!
