                             Been in Florence at the end of February and I've absolutely fallen in love. Such a beautiful city with a great cultural richness. 

The right side of the church of Santa Maria Novella is the first you see as you get out of the station and you immediately have an idea of the beauty of this city.It's a pretty small city with that 60's vibe to it. 

The Duomo of Florence is absolutely gigantic and it is in the centre of the city, basically every road you follow will take there lol. Near it you can see the Giotto's Campanile as well which wasn't finished but it's spectacular anyway. 

Moving away from the Duomo you arrive in Piazza della Signoria where there is the copy of the famous David by Michelangelo (the original one is preserved in an other place). This statue is my love, I swear that I love him ahah. 

In the Central Market of Florence there are a lot of cute stands where you can buy food. Me and my friends stopped in a vegetarian/vegan stand and I ate some baked potatoes with vegan maionese and an AWESOME fruit salad. They aren't expensive at all and if you aren't from here you can find some typical italian food as well. 

If you're searching for ice cream I highly recommend 'Grom' which is really famous in Florence for its delicious ice cream.

The last thing that I visited was the Ponte Vecchio which is a bridge with a lot of jewelers and from which you have an awesome view of the river Arno as you can see in the pictures.

Sono stata a Firenze alla fine di Febbraio e mi sono completamente innamorata. Una città bellissima con una grande ricchezza culturale. 

La parte destra della basilica di Santa Maria Novella è la prima cosa che si vede uscendo dalla stazione e ci si fa subito un'idea della bellezza di questa città. E' una città piuttosto piccola con quell'aria da anni 60. 

Il Duomo di Firenze è assolutamente gigantesco ed è al centro della città, praticamente ogni strada si segue si finisce per arrivare lì lol. Vicino si può vedere il Campanile di Giotto che anche se non è stato terminato è spettacolare ugualmente. 

Allontanandosi dal Duomo si arriva in Piazza della Signoria dove c'è la copia del famoso David di Michelangelo (l'originale è conservato in un altro posto). Questa statua è il mio amore, giuro che la amo ahah. 

Nel Mercato Centrale di Firenze ci sono un sacco di stand carini dove si può comprare cibo. Io ed i miei amici ci siamo fermati ad uno stand vegetariano/vegano e ho mangiato delle patate al forno con maionese vegana ed una FANTASTICA macedonia. Non sono costosi per niente e se non si è del posto si può trovare anche del cibo tipico italiano. 

Se si è in cerca di gelato consiglio vivamente 'Grom' che è una gelateria famosa a Firenze per il loro gelato delizioso. 

L'ultima cosa che ho visitato è il Ponte Vecchio, un ponte con molte gioiellerie e da cui si ha una fantastica visuale del fiume Arno come potete vedere dalle foto.
